Zulqarnain to expose match fixing players

LONDON: LONDON: Pakistan wicketkeeper Zulqarnain Haider has said that he would reveal secrets regarding match-fixing and spot-fixing allegations within five or six days, Geo News reported.
He said that he would expose those talking against him in the next five or six days and reveal who has taken money and from whom.

Meanwhile, Zulqarnain's brother, Aqeel Haider said that the family  Zulqarnain has received threats of serious consequences on telephone.He told Cricket Inside News that an unknown person who called on telephone Zulqarnain’s wife was saying that he was calling from Greece. He was speaking Urdu in clear tone.After all the controversies had haunted Zulqarnain, his lawyer advised him not to talk to media but despite that, he left above message on his facebook account.It may be mentioned that Zulqarnain went missing during Pak-SA series in UAE on grounds of life-threats and later he contacted media persons after arriving in UK.

LAHORE: Family of Zulqarnain Haider has received threats of dire consequences after the statement of cricketer about revealing of secrets regarding match-fixing and spot-fixing allegations, Geo News reported on Sunday.

Brother of Zulqarnain said that the threat call was received by Zulqarnaian’s wife from a Greek number, adding that the caller was speaking Urdu clearly. He further said that the caller threatened of dire consequences if Zulqarnain leaked the secrets.

It is pertinent to mention here that Zulqarnain, in a message on his facebook account, has stated that he would reveal secrets regarding match-fixing and spot-fixing allegations within five or six days.

Pakistan squad named for New Zealand tour

Pakistan Cricket Board : has announced the national squad for the forth coming tour of New Zealand here on Tuesday.Misbah-ul-Haq and Shahid Afridi have been retained as captains for Test and Twenty20 teams,

respectively.Wicketkeeper-batsman Kamran Akmal, veteran batsman Mohammad Yousuf and opening batsman Imran Farhat have been left out of the squad.Kamran, who was ruled out of Pakistan's recent series against
South Africa in the United Arab Emirates after surgery for appendicitis, has been at the centre of match-fixing allegations.The International Cricket Council (ICC)
 reportedly issued notice to him regarding Pakistan's controversial
defeat against Australia in the Sydney Test in January.But there were reports in Pakistani media suggesting Akmal, 28, had contacted the ICC regarding his selection and was told that he was
cleared for selection.Yousuf, 36, had to return home after a recurrence of a groin injury
earlier this month and although he too was featuring in the domestic matches, selectors

left him out.Also out of the team was former captain Shoaib Malik while Sohail Tanveer has made comeback in the national team..Malik, 28, was also left out of the team against the South African series after performing poorly on the tour of England.The PCB has said that Wahab Riaz’s includion in the team depends on his fitness.Twenty20 squad: Shahid Afridi (captain), Mohammad Hafeez,
